Things To Follow Before One Month Of FMGE:
Clearance of FMGE is mandatory for students who want to complete their medical graduation outside of India. Generally, students start their preparation about 6-5 months prior to the exam, but some students can’t be able to do that because of their tight schedule or due to some personal problems. For such students who want to attempt FMGE and start preparation one month before the exam. Here, are some tips to follow before one month of FMGE.
1. DO NOT REFER TOO MANY RESOURCES
Always stick to one study material or one specific textbook instead of jumping from one book to another. Referring to too many books will only lead to confusion ad clustering of all the information in your brain.
Always try to keep a clear mind and have a good idea about what you are preparing.
2. FREQUENT REVISIONS
Studying a topic or going through a topic once won’t help you retain the information in your brain. Frequent revisions on a regular basis give you an idea on what is your strong points and weak points.
Thus giving you an idea on what to focus on, improve and what topics to revise.
3. DO NOT START ANY NEW TOPICS
Just before one month prior to the exam is not a good time to start any new topics. Try to focus on the topics that you already know and keep revising them on a regular basis.
It’s better to remember at least something rather than not able to remember anything.
Prefer to not any have doubts and be crystal clear in the topics you know.
4. TIME MANAGEMENT
Time is very precious. Once we lose time, time is lost forever. So plan a proper timetable and stick to it. Be disciplined.
5. PROPER DIET AND SLEEP
Good food and sleep required for the proper functioning of a human brain. Try to have a good sleep of about 6 hours every day. Try to eat three times a compulsorily.
And don’t miss breakfast.
6. MOCK TEST
Try solving as many mock tests as possible. It helps you in understanding the pattern of the exam. At least one mock test per day in a stipulated time. Thus, helping you in managing your time in the exam.
